BASIC METHODS USED AT THE STAGE OF INSPECTION OF THE AUTOMATION OBJECT:

• Collection and analysis of documentation related to the activities of the automation object, including its interactions with counterparties;
• Preparation and submission of the audit report.
At the stage of development of technical specifications, formal and informal requirements of the customer are formalized in the form of a document "Technical specifications for the System", which is approved by the Customer.
DEVELOPMENT OF TECHNICAL
SOFTWARE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE SYSTEM:
INTERNAL SYSTEM TESTING:
Quality assessment in the form of testing, acceptance tests under internal control, is carried out both for individual functional blocks and for the System as a whole.
All possible comments, suggestions from the personnel of the Customer's organization, received during the training, are recorded in the log of technical support of the project, analyzed and will be used to improve the quality of the System and accompanying documentation.
At the stage of putting the System into commercial operation, the procedure for carrying out acceptance tests is carried out, as reflected in the TOR. Before this stage is completed, all comments identified during the pilot phase and reflected in the project technical support log must be eliminated. an acceptance committee representing interested parties.
STAGE OF WARRANTY AND POST OF WARRANTY SERVICE OF THE SYSTEM:
During this time, the Contractor undertakes to correct the behavior of the system in the event of inconsistencies, deviations from the quality indicators approved in the TOR.
The Contractor is not responsible for the System failure that occurred due to reasons beyond the Contractor's control, including user input of incorrect data, removal of System elements by the user, hardware failure, as well as software failure that is not supplied or maintained by the Contractor.
