DEVELOPMENT OF AN INDIVIDUAL TURNKEY SYSTEM

It so happens that none of the already created standard systems are suitable for successful business. In this case, it becomes necessary to create such a system for an individual customer order. The list of works on the creation of such a system includes the following stages of project implementation:

AUDIT

AUDIT OF THE AUTOMATION OBJECT:

To write a technical assignment, as well as the subsequent development, implementation and technical support of the System, the Contractor will conduct an audit of the automation object:

BASIC METHODS USED AT THE STAGE OF INSPECTION OF THE AUTOMATION OBJECT:

• Interviewing, which is conducted by the Contractor, according to a pre-agreed audit plan with all specialists of the Customer's organization involved in the project. In the process of interviewing, the existing and desired expectations of the Customer's organization for the System should be determined;
• Record keeping;
• Collection and analysis of documentation related to the activities of the automation object, including its interactions with counterparties;
• Observations;
• Preparation and submission of the audit report. 
Development of technical conditions (TU):

At the stage of development of technical specifications, formal and informal requirements of the customer are formalized in the form of a document "Technical specifications for the System", which is approved by the Customer.

DEVELOPMENT OF TECHNICAL

Based on the "Technical Specifications for the System", agreed and approved with the Customer, as well as the analysis of legislative, regulatory, regulatory documentation, other information obtained during the pre-design study of the automation object, which impose restrictions on the parameters and structure of the information model.

SOFTWARE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE SYSTEM:

At this stage, programmers - developers, on the basis of the terms of reference developed by analysts at the previous stage, will implement an appropriate software solution within the framework of the proposed information model with given constraints on the structure and parameters of databases. Ideally, the terms of reference provide complete information for programmers - developers at work. over the implementation of the software solution.

INTERNAL SYSTEM TESTING:

To confirm the quality of the System's functioning, the process of confirming the characteristics of the System will be carried out in accordance with the TOR approved by the Customer.
Quality assessment in the form of testing, acceptance tests under internal control, is carried out both for individual functional blocks and for the System as a whole.

SYSTEM DOCUMENTATION:

At this stage, a technical writer, on the basis of the TU, TK, with the participation of business analysts and programmers, will develop the composition of regulatory documentation for the operation of the System, determined in the technical conditions (requirements) for the development, implementation, operation and technical support of the System.

EMPLOYEE TRAINING:

The training of the Customer's employees is carried out in accordance with the training plan based on the training schedule developed and approved by the Customer. It is assumed that education and training will take place at the Customer. Nevertheless, training can also take place on the basis of the Akforth company on the basis of an additional agreement.
All possible comments, suggestions from the personnel of the Customer's organization, received during the training, are recorded in the log of technical support of the project, analyzed and will be used to improve the quality of the System and accompanying documentation.
Putting the System into commercial operation:
At the stage of putting the System into commercial operation, the procedure for carrying out acceptance tests is carried out, as reflected in the TOR. Before this stage is completed, all comments identified during the pilot phase and reflected in the project technical support log must be eliminated. an acceptance committee representing interested parties.

STAGE OF WARRANTY AND POST OF WARRANTY SERVICE OF THE SYSTEM:

In accordance with the warranty obligations, warranty support of the System will be carried out within 12 months from the date of signing the acceptance certificate, putting the System into commercial operation.
During this time, the Contractor undertakes to correct the behavior of the system in the event of inconsistencies, deviations from the quality indicators approved in the TOR.
The Contractor is not responsible for the System failure that occurred due to reasons beyond the Contractor's control, including user input of incorrect data, removal of System elements by the user, hardware failure, as well as software failure that is not supplied or maintained by the Contractor.
